Flaxseed Tea - Happy hydrating! 亞麻籽茶 - 快樂補水

Flaxseeds are an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids; they are also rich in fibre; and they have an amazing mucilaginous quality that, when made into flaxseed tea, it allows the body to hold onto water. 

When there is enough good quality hydration, the cell can start to release toxins.


亞麻籽是 omega 3 脂肪酸的絕佳來源;亦富含纖維;又具有令人驚嘆的豐富黏液。當煮成亞麻籽茶時,可以讓身體最佳地保存水分。


當有足夠的優質水合作用時,細胞就可以開始釋放毒素。

How to make the flaxseed tea? 如何製造亞麻籽茶?

(You may adjust the ingredient to make your preferred thickness.)

請自行調整比例以達到個人喜愛的口感。

  • 1 TBS Flaxseed |一茶匙亞麻籽

  • 600ml Water | 600毫昇水

Bring them to slightly boil and turn off the fire.

Sit for 10 minutes.

Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Drain the seeds away and it is ready to drink.

煮直至開始滾,可以熄火。

等待10分鐘

再開文火10分鐘

隔走亞麻籽,可以飲用。


Can leave it to cool and put into glass containers. in the fridge for up to 3 days.

攤涷後放入玻璃器皿,在雪櫃可放三天。


***Begin by drinking small amounts, monitor how your body reacts, and gradually increase the drinking amount.

***從少量開始飲用,監測身體反應,無不適後逐漸增加飲用量。
