Chronic structure hypertension can sometimes be traced back to a deeper emotional pattern known as the self-devaluation conflict. This arises from persistent feelings of inadequacy or failure! When a person feels they are not fulfilling responsibilities, letting others down, or simply not strong enough. Over time, these emotions are mirrored in the body: blood vessels throughout the legs, arms, thorax, and head gradually lose elasticity through mesodermal brain relays. This slow, long-term process increases resistance in the vessels, gradually raising blood pressure, and can contribute to conditions like cerebral arteriosclerosis and peripheral artery disease.

Carbo-Vegetabilis provides a striking example of this pattern. In this remedy, long-term high blood pressure can particularly affect the lungs, leading to GENERALS - HYPERTENSION - pulmonary: (5), because the stiffened vessels increase pressure in the pulmonary circulation.

The emotional roots are clear in the mental symptoms. MIND – DELUSIONS – faint; he would – waking any longer; if he had postponed (1) captures the overwhelming anxiety that even a small delay or inaction is catastrophic, reflecting the fear of failing responsibilities. MIND – DELUSIONS – small – body is smaller – epileptic convulsions ; before (1) mirrors a deep sense of weakness, as if they are too small or powerless to meet life’s demands. MIND – DELUSIONS – tongue – wood; tongue is made of  (4), illustrates a perception of rigidity, which parallels the physical stiffening of artery and vein walls, increasing resistance and sustaining high blood pressure. MIND – DELUSIONS – walls – falling ; walls are – inward (5) conveys a sense of internal collapse or vulnerability, echoing the weakened vessel walls struggling against constant pressure and the structural strain of chronic hypertension.

MIND – DELUSIONS – faint; he would – waking any longer; if he had postponed MIND – DELUSIONS – small – body is smaller – epileptic convulsions; before MIND – DELUSIONS – walls – falling ; walls are – inward

Finally, GENERALS - FANNED; being - desire to be - rapidly: (1) reflects a classic Carbo-Vegetabilis symptom: the person experiences a strong desire for air, often linked to lung weakness or pulmonary compromise caused by long-term hypertension. This desperate need for air highlights how chronic vascular strain in the lungs manifests physically, completing the mind-body connection that defines Carbo-Vegetabilis in cases of structural hypertension.

最後,GENERALS - FANNED; being - desire to be - rapidly:
